  1. Prepare a Strip
    Cut a piece of string or paper about 10cm long.

  2. Wrap Around Your Finger

  3. Mark and Measure
    Mark where the strip overlaps, then measure its length in millimetres (mm) with a ruler. This is your finger’s circumference.
